Terms of Service

The following activities are prohibited,

  1. Spamming.
  2. Files involving child exploitation.
  3. Disrupting other users/hosts in the network.
  4. Copyright Infringement.
  5. Seeding over a ratio of one on public/semi-private trackers.
  6. In case of a dispute the payment processor will be redirected to these terms of service.
  7. Refunds are possible in the first twelve (12) hours provided that you have not used more than thirty (30) GB of bandwidth.

We reserve the right to amend the terms of service at anytime.
